OBJECTIVE:
Provide a healthy, successful environment and be a leader in customer service to establish a loyal customer base by providing a great experience all the times for everyone as measured by customer satisfaction and business growth.

Business Information:
City Gates Café - Will consist of a Restaurant, Bakery, Deli, Candy Shop, Gift Shop and meeting/conference room.

Restaurant — will be designed with family in mind by providing the environment for all ages, with a selection of dishes for all tastes influenced by the Portuguese Cuisine and we will also feature several vegetarian and raw food dishes.
Bakery — will offer daily fresh/hot bread along with pastries including tradition Portuguese donuts.
Deli — will provide various types of grilled Panini sandwiches, soups, salads, traditional linguica sandwich with our home made fresh bread along with other specialties. In addition, we will have available Portuguese and Brazilian Products.
Sweets Pluz — will offer custom made Chocolates, Truffles, Fudge, Espresso bar with our premium coffees, smoothies and pastries. Our selection will include healthy alternative drinks for everyone’s enjoyment with a touch of Europe in Orland! In addition, we will provide internet service including PC’s, Fax machines and printers.
Imported Giftwares — will offer imported products from Portugal such as - dishes, table cloths, hats, shirts, cook books, etc… In addition, we will also have local products as well as from other places.
